I have been working as an English teacher for 16 years and I have worked in primary, secondary and high school institutions during my work. For the last 8 years, I have been working as an English teacher, Erasmus+ project coordinator and guidance teacher in entrepreneurship activities led by Junior Achievement including national and international degrees at the areas of sustainable solutions for disadvantaged groups. We have degree as entrepreneurship representive organizatiion of the country at European level at the fest of GEN-E. Also, I work professionally as a student and professional life coach, I mentor my students in the process of getting to know themselves and setting goals. On the other hand, I support my students who will graduate with career counseling and project training in international platforms for their development.
I have been writing and managing national and international projects for 8 years. I have experiences projects based on innovative,technological areas such as artifical intelligence,steam, game design and web design topics; active citizenship areas such as refugess about protecting their rights, social enterpreneurship to develop these skills on youth and make them awareness about their responsibilities on nature, disadvantaged groups,eco-friendly tourism and women needing to be integrated to the employment. I am organizing project cylcing management workshops for youth,teachers,youth workers etc.I have managing the process as resourceful project manager with 6 years of expertise in organizing business operations, financial oversight and resource management to ensure smooth flow and project operations. Having been monitoring projects by adhering to production schedule and budget, managing production team, identifying problems and providing targeted solutions. Knowledgeable in accounting principles, bookkeeping, budget and financial management.
I am also a professional life coach leading procurement of resources including equipment and supplies. I have been working as vice president in a youth association (Youth Volunteer association) for five years.
