Olaitan Onyebuoha

Olaitan Onyebuoha is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and community leader with over 15 years of diverse professional experience spanning entrepreneurship, contract management, client services, marketing, banking, HR, and market research. She has worked for renowned multinational companies, including ExxonMobil Nigeria, TD Insurance, and IBM Canada.

As the founder of 7th Laurel Immigration Consulting, Olaitan specializes in international education research, recruiting, and immigration support services. She also founded Ocrej Consulting, a platform that has helped over 200 individuals plan their arrivals and settle in Canada, with many now thriving in New Brunswick. An innovation-driven entrepreneur, she is launching a mobile app in 2025 to simplify immigration processes and support newcomers affordably.

Olaitan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management and is a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. She recently completed a postgraduate program in Hospitality and Tourism Management, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning.

Her commitment to community impact is exemplified by her role as President and Visionary Founder of the Black Business and Professional Network (BBPN), which she co-founded with ten visionaries. She has volunteered over 3,000 hours and helped raise over $150,000 CAD in grants and donations for various nonprofits and initiatives. Her work includes serving on PRUDE Inc.’s All Women’s Project, eliminating systemic barriers for women in New Brunswick.

She is enrolled in Masters of Education, Brock University, where she wants to focus on Entrepreneurship Education with the aim to shape the curriculum for Minority Businesses in Canada.
