With over two decades of experience supporting C-suite executives at top-tier global banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms, Olga is renowned for her strategic acumen and ability to deliver impactful results. Her background from Medellin, Colombia, New York and Tampa, Florida, enrich her perspective as she leads initiatives to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion in corporate America and beyond.

Olga's commitment to fostering inclusivity is reflected in her leadership roles as a board member of the Society of American Military Engineers Tampa Post and the National Association of Women Business Owners Greater Tampa Bay chapter. Her philanthropic efforts extend to volunteering with AUSA, God’s Love We Deliver, City Meals on Wheels, Feeding Tampa Bay, and Habitat for Humanity. She has also contributed to building educational facilities in Africa and Nicaragua.
