He currently serves as Country Director of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) in the DRC, where he leads the national strategy aimed at structuring the entrepreneurial ecosystem, fostering innovation, attracting investment, and strengthening partnerships between government, investors, technical and financial partners, and the private sector.

Positioned at the intersection of public policy, entrepreneurship, and strategic investment, he works to unlock the DRC’s strong economic potential, particularly in key sectors such as mining, youth entrepreneurship, water infrastructure, and local value chains, with a view to promoting inclusive, job-creating, and sustainable growth.

He leads the national GEN strategy in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with responsibilities including:

• Structuring and strengthening the national entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Supporting startups and MSMEs
• Attracting national and international investment
• Facilitating dialogue and collaboration among policymakers, investors, ecosystem builders, and entrepreneurs
• Positioning the DRC as an emerging destination for entrepreneurship and responsible investment
