Currently I am running Startup accelerator.

previously In my position as Program head at Gray Matters Capital, I lead EdTech Product improvement initiative- GMC Calibrator. I worked with 25 Startups and not-for profit organizations from India, Vietnam, Nigeria, Ghana and Sierra Leone. The purpose of program was based on 'Self-Learning to Self-earning' theme and how it can lead to increase the women participation in Mobile based skilling platforms. The program was great success, and I developed its virtual version so entrepreneurs from across the globe can benefit the framework based on Neuroscience and how it can impact businesses. To gain more knowledge, I completed Executive course at Wharton Business school on how Neuroscience impact businesses. I come from rural background which help me to understand grassroot conditions (currently working from my village home) and out of the box thinking and applying my skills to innovate and ideate. Prior to that, I was leading Education Accelerator based in Pune where 30 Education companies graduated in 6 months program and before that I was running my own social commerce platform to empower Self-Help groups spread across the city which later acquired by Mumbai based startup.
