My Name is Waheed Opeyemi Raji. I was Born and raised in a small town Erin Ile Oyun Local government area of Kwara State North Central of Nigeria in year (02/04/1978) . My Father name is Raji Akanji and My mother Name is Wulemat Raji. I started my Primary school early life in (1987/88) I went to Muslim and Primary School in Erin Ile LGEA. after I completing my primary school in (1992/93). I Started my Secondary School Surajun Deen College in Erin Ile LGEA in kwara state of Nigeria I finish my school college in year( 2000). I completing school college. I went to High School Federal Polytechnic Offa Kwara State in Nigeria Where I face new challenges and opportunities. During this time. I focused on honing my skills in global learning and Business Administration Course

My father his a polygamy with three wife and many children I am the last born my mother rival they`re very wicked because of they`re wickedness I face a lot of family challenge and family problem even I don`t know that I will be alive today because I have a lot of enemy in my father house but I don`t have any capacity to challenge them that`s why I relocate to my mother town in Okuku Odo oti Local government area of Osun State In Nigeria after I relocate to my mother town.I come to Lagos state of Nigeria to look for job my first job in Access Bank as teller cashier in the banking all at Victoria Island in Lagos state Nigeria in year 2003 I work with Access Bank from (2003) to 2006 before I got another offer from Malaysia Embassy with former Ambassador Muhammad Sa`ay after Ambassador leave Nigeria in year (2009). I join SMC Logistics Company in ( 2011) where I learning and gain a lot of experience in the logistics academy about Logistics before I register my own logistics company as a speed Fleet Global Logistics.
As I matured ,Recognized the importance of logistics in the farming industry Understanding how to effectively manage supply chains and transport goods become essential not only for the success of my own farming endeavors but also for supporting local economies. This realization led me to pursue a career in logistics where vi could merge my love for farming with interest in operational efficiency.

Throughout my career in logistics I have held various roles that allow me to hone my skills in supply chain management Inventory control and transportation planning I have worked with diverse teams collaborating to optimize processes and ensure that agricultural products reach markets efficiently my experience in logistics has provided me with valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by farmers reinforcing my commitment to supporting sustainable.
Currently , I manage my own farm in Oloruda Area of Osun State Nigeria, Where I apply both my agricultural knowledge and Logistics expertise this dual focus has enable me to implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity while minimizing waste from crop rotation to sustainable farming techniques, I strive to create a balance that benefit both the environment and the community .
