My name is Othusitse Kalankane I am a young man who holds an Ass. Degree in Retail management where I can employ my business management skills ,I am a former business and administration manager where my business skills where improved even more, i am currently unemployed, furthermore I advanced my customer service skills by completing training in customer service, this holds a really special place in my heart because of the way I also aspire to improve service as offered to people, therefore improving the community in some way, this can show people it starts from anywhere even from a simple kind gesture such as getting good customer service. I am looking to make a change in my life and those around me. I aspire to make a positive impact that not only reflects good teachings but also make one to make a change in their lives even more, moreover make a good name in the industry as an entrepreneur who doesn't give up and strives for new heights, I aspire to start a boutique that sells quality clothes and at some point, start making garments ourselves and creating opportunities for employment, spark up passions worth pursuing and succeeding at them.
