Lead specialist in the Competitiveness and Innovation Division at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Santiago, Chile.
Since 2000, when he joined the IDB, he has lead the design and implementation of loan and technical cooperation programs in various Latin American countries, in areas such as business innovation, science and technology development, entrepreneurship and advanced human capital.
Pablo is the author of numerous articles and book chapters in the areas of SMEs, innovation and technology-based ventures.
Before joining the Bank, he worked in the Ministry of Economy of Argentina, in the NGO FUNDES and the National University of General Sarmiento. He graduated in economics from the National University of Cordoba, Argentina and has done two Masters: one in Public Policy at George Washington University and another in economics and industrial development in the National University of General Sarmiento.
