Pablo Ignacio Peralta

Pablo Peralta is an Argentine leader in entrepreneurship ecosystem development, innovation policy, and venture finance. He is currently Founder and Director of Agile Policy, a firm that advises governments, innovation agencies, and ecosystem organizations on the design of entrepreneurship and innovation policies. Through this work, he supports institutions across Latin America in strengthening startup ecosystems, fostering public-private collaboration, and building evidence-based innovation strategies.

 He is also Co-founder and General Facilitator of IncubadorasLAT, the leading network of more than 260 incubators, accelerators, and entrepreneurship support organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean, where he leads regional capacity-building, knowledge exchange, and collaboration initiatives for ecosystem builders. 

He previously served as Executive Director of the Córdoba Innovation and Entrepreneurship Agency (Agencia Córdoba Innovar y Emprender), where he led initiatives that strengthen the province's startup ecosystem through public-private collaboration, entrepreneurial finance, incubation, acceleration, and ecosystem intelligence. Under his leadership, Córdoba expanded its network of incubators and investors, launched innovative co-investment and scale-up programs, and reinforced its position as one of Latin America's leading startup ecosystems. 

Prior to joining the Agency, Peralta played a key role in the development of Córdoba's entrepreneurial infrastructure through FIDE (Fundación para la Incubación de Empresas), where he worked to support technology-based ventures and connect entrepreneurs with mentors, investors, universities, and government programs. Throughout his career, he has focused on designing practical public policies that enable innovation, foster high-growth entrepreneurship, and build stronger entrepreneurial communities. 

A frequent speaker on entrepreneurship policy and ecosystem building, Peralta has shared Córdoba's experience internationally, highlighting the importance of data-driven decision-making, collaborative governance, and long-term institutional capacity in supporting innovation-led economic development. His work has contributed to positioning Córdoba as a benchmark for regional ecosystem development and startup support in Latin America.
