Patricia Dollane Chambers - Dlamini is the Founder & Managing Director of Innovation Led Development Projects (InnoDev™), a firm that opened its doors in October 2017 providing Innovation and Strategy Consulting, Incubation Design and Management, Entrepreneurship and Supplier Development and Skills development solutions. Through her entrepreneurial prowess and desire to contributing towards reducing the rate of unemployment, in 2018 she went on to start a manufacturing side of the business that produce textile requisites for the automotive sector.
Her passion for entrepreneurship and SMMEs has been the defining feature of her 18-year legacy in the development arena which includes business incubation, ecosystems development, and innovation, ICT for development and skills & education support initiatives. In 2016 she cofounded Raphael Lucy Consulting an advisory services firm providing tailor-made and cost-effective advisory solutions to organisations in the public and private sectors.

Over 20 years’ experience in governance, strategy development & execution, entrepreneurship development, stakeholder management (identification, mapping & engagement), regional innovation ecosystems development, Business Incubation development specialist, project management skills
