Penny Sahinis

Penny is an experienced and highly regarded independent strategic management advisor to CEOs and Boards who have an eye to sustainable market relevance or repositioning their organisation in a post-pandemic era. She strongly identifies with "All reframing opportunities are enabled because of an overlooked or underserved stakeholder need or aspiration".

As a former C-Suite financial markets executive, and as an independent consultant, Penny has delivered strategic advice and successfully aided transitions across 23 industries/sectors from NGOs/NFPs to publicly listed companies. A global citizen who supports a strong and sustainable Greece and women's empowerment locally and globally.

She takes great delight in seeing others thrive and reach their fullest potential and beyond. One of her most privileged moments, during the pandemic, to be part of a mentorship support group to one of Australia's leading female economists representing Asia Pacific on the IMF Board; now Australia's G20 Sherpa.

Penny is proud to lean in and support Commonwealth Businesswomen's Network - an accredited organisation directly recognised by 56 governments across six continents committed to advancing UN Sustainable Development Goal 5 and the Commonwealth Charter focused on encouraging, enabling and embedding women in leadership and women’s economic empowerment through work in trade, talent and training.

Co-designer of The Hellenic Initiative's Women in Philanthropia she supports a strong and sustainable Greece, including progressive NGOs, organisations, emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
