My name is Fawzi Garchi, born in Tunisia. With over 24 years of experience in project management, entrepreneurship, innovation management, and local development, I am confident that my expertise and professional background align with the requirements of this position.

Background and Expertise:
Project Management and Strategic Planning: I have coordinated socio-educational and development projects within five organizations, leading teams and managing resources, establishing budgets, and developing effective action plans to ensure the success of various initiatives.

Coaching and Training: Since 2018, I have worked as a coach and expert in soft skills and job search techniques for the ILO, focusing particularly on the integration of women and people with special needs. I am also a certified trainer in leadership and local governance, and I have contributed to training programs for UNDP, GIZ, and UNDESA.

Research and Teaching: I am a researcher in social and solidarity economy and local governance at the University of Sfax, where I have coordinated professional master’s programs since 2008. My expertise also includes designing training manuals on design thinking and supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Strategic Consulting and Economic Development: As an expert with the BFPME, I have supported local development and the promotion of entrepreneurship in disadvantaged regions, as well as the implementation of sustainable development strategies in collaboration with UNDESA and international cooperation funds.
