Phala Bun

Mr. BUN Phala joins the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF) for three years as a project manager and M&E consultant.   He has around 15 years of experience in coordination and project management and design, exposed to diversified industries and public-private partnership projects such as startups, SMEs, entrepreneurship ecosystem development, and Higher Education. Before onboarding with EDF, he has engaged as a coordinator and deputy head of M&E with two main projects funded by The World Bank, and a coordinator for several projects funded by the EU in the Higher Education sector in Cambodia. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, policy research, strategy and planning design, and monitoring and assessing program interventions. Mr. BUN Phala has received his BA in Education in 2008, MA in English from Norton University, Cambodia in 2011, and Master of Education Studies from the University of Canberra, Australia in 2018. Besides, he has joined many international training courses in management, leadership, digital marketing, investment, digital communication, and entrepreneurship.
