Pretty Ndlovu
Pretty Tsholofelo Ndlovu is the Director of Startup Huddle at the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), where she leads the development and growth of a global founder-support program operating across more than 60 countries. In addition, she serves as GEN Country Manager across 31 African countries, working with entrepreneurship ecosystem leaders to strengthen national and regional networks, expand founder support, and deepen connections across Africa’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.
With more than 15 years of experience across ICT, digital transformation, business development and innovation, Pretty is also a business innovation strategist and entrepreneur.
Beyond GEN, Pretty is an entrepreneur and business innovation strategist who has founded and co-founded ventures spanning AI and digital transformation, SME development, leadership and human sustainability, and youth STEM education. Her work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology, institutional partnerships and inclusive economic development.
Across her work, Pretty is particularly interested in entrepreneurship ecosystem development, AI and digital transformation, inclusive innovation, strategic partnerships, and building stronger pathways between entrepreneurs, institutions and markets across Africa and globally.
