Lukanga Hakim Muhsin is a Ugandan entrepreneur and technology leader committed to transforming Africa’s agricultural sector through innovation, sustainability, and inclusive business models. As the Director of the Technology Department and Co-founder of At Hause Ltd, he spearheads initiatives that digitize agricultural value chains, reduce post-harvest losses, and empower smallholder farmers across Uganda and beyond.

Under his leadership, At Hause Ltd joined the UNDP-supported Business Call to Action (BCtA) initiative with the goal of reducing agricultural loss by providing 300,000 low-income producers in rural Uganda with insect and rot-resistant packaging via a mobile app. By 2021, the company aimed to create 30,000 indirect jobs for low-income retailers, wholesalers, traders, and distributors of these bags. By 2023, At Hause Ltd also aimed to provide 1 million low-income people working in Uganda’s agribusiness sector with increased access to markets in Africa, Dubai, and the Gulf Cooperation Council region .

At Hause’s innovative solution includes a smart value chain platform, Bank At Hause – Factor Xchange (BAH-FX), a mobile web app that allows customers, especially wholesalers, to trace commodities. This platform enables real-time monitoring of stock quantities and facilitates efficient communication between producers and distributors, thereby enhancing market access and reducing post-harvest losses .

Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Lukanga is an international young leader actively engaged in initiatives aimed at achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). His work focuses on sustainable smart farming, climate-resilient agribusiness, and empowering youth through scalable, tech-enabled models. He is open to global partnerships, funding, and mentorship opportunities that align with food security, renewable energy, and wealth creation in Africa.

Lukanga's contributions to sustainable agriculture and inclusive business have positioned him as a key figure in driving economic growth and environmental stewardship in Uganda and the broader African region.
