Purity N. Simiyu

Purity N. Simiyu is a Masters graduate in strategy management from Kenyatta university in Kenya. Having attained a Bachelor of Commerce marketing from the same university. She is a full member 2025 of Marketing association of Kenya. She has served in high level management as Regional manager Sales and Marketing in Africa with key emphasis on promoting local entrepreneurs to partner with multinational in products and services distribution in green energy, hospitality, Automotive and manufacturing sectors through product incubation processes, market entry and expansion. This companies include the current employer Münzer Kenya ltd, Sanden International, Dometic PTY and Electrolux Professionals commercial Kitchen and Laundry equipment.
Purity N. Simiyu is the Commercial and Country manager of Münzer Kenya ltd overseeing the overall performance of the company in East Africa with specific emphasis on Commercial, legal and administrative functions. She led the team in winning the ESG award 2025 on waste management to energy where they collect Used cooking oil from Hotels, restaurants, institutions and food processors to manufacture Bio diesel. During her tenure at Swedish trade and investment council , she pioneered market entry of key energy and hospitality brands, trained and established entrepreneurs in the Sub-Saharan region. Giving Dometic Pty German recognition of the most safe and reliable brand in Hotels guest rooms.
Her involvement in community building and social responsibilities does not go unnoticed. She pioneered the SAFE strategy with UNHCR by piloting 300 Dometic clean cook Ethanol stoves in Dadaab refugee camp in Kenya and Nguenyyiel refuge camp in Ethiopia with GAIA International USA. As a Kenya sign language interpreter, she couples as Vice chairperson Board of management for Isinya high school for the deaf, managed by Deaf Aid international: overseeing academic, disciplinary, welfare and development matters of the students and the school. Also Board member for Aga khan Primary school and other community roles promoting children safety and development of minority in society.
