SHORT BIOQiniselani Lekoane known to many as “Que”, a part creative, part strategist and part technology hobbyist whose obsessive interest is spotting and crafting new digital business models that help connect brands with consumers, makes him the ideal 21st century unicorn where I.T has become central to marketing. In this new environment, marketing might not understand how to fully leverage what I.T can offer, and I.T might not understand how to accurately translate marketing requirements into technical capabilities.With over 4yrs working experience in I.T and 4yrs working experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Que started his career as a volunteer graphic designer without pay and by the end of that year, was managing the entire store and a staff of 2 employees. Having worked for 2 of the largest multinationals in S.A as an I.T Systems Engineer/Analyst and S.A’s leading and only B2B industrial sector marketing and advertising agency, in 2013 Qiniselani started his very own digital agency which was shortlisted for the Maximum Incubator Programme at the Innovation Hub and successfully secured seed funding and incubation for his agency after a stellar pitch to seasoned industry expert VC’s.These accolades make him the perfect conduit for combining the creative culture of an agency with the technical systems integrator expertise needed to align business objectives to measurable multi-channel digital campaigns.Que is currently an active member of the BMF and a MANCO Member Head of Sustainability and Brand, Events & Public Relations Management Committee  for the organisations Ekurhuleni branch; he is also a volunteer life-coach at Grootvlei Leadership, Life Skills & Sports Centre on some weekends. He was an operations director for a co-founded NGO called Umdeni Music Foundation where they taught kids from disadvantaged communities, arts & culture, music, poetry, dance and modelling. He also used to be a CPF [Community Police Forum] member of Benoni and a former ANCYL ward 22 Benoni Branch WTT and Chairman. Que is a 2 times former Provincial Chess Champion and a National colours chess player with an international rating of 1600.
