1. Personal Introduction and Purpose
My name is Rafael Cardoso Nunes, and I am a Brazilian entrepreneur and growth strategist with a career focused on creating and expanding businesses that unite innovation, human purpose, and sustainable development.
My mission has always been clear: to use entrepreneurship as a tool for social transformation and collective prosperity.
I firmly believe that the success of a business must be connected to people’s well-being and the generation of value for the community.
Throughout my journey, I have transformed ideas into real initiatives, combining innovation, impact, and human sensitivity to generate results that unite purpose and progress.
2. Professional Journey and Impact in Brazil
My entrepreneurial journey began in 2012 with the creation of Essência de Viver, a rehabilitation and social reintegration center.
This initiative was born from a personal calling and a genuine desire to help people rebuild their lives with dignity, autonomy, and faith.
Essência de Viver not only welcomed individuals in vulnerability but also generated training and reintegration opportunities — a true example of social entrepreneurship in action.
In 2015, I founded Clínica Única, a multidisciplinary healthcare center focused on democratizing access to healthcare.
This project brought together professionals from different fields under a single mission: to provide human-centered, high-quality, and affordable care, reinforcing the concept that innovation also means expanding access to well-being and prevention.
From 2016 to 2020, I served as co-director and managing partner of La Card Buffet (Buffet Trianon), an enterprise dedicated to the art of making dreams come true and celebrating life’s milestones.
During this period, I led a team committed to transforming unique moments — such as weddings, debutante parties, and corporate events — into memorable experiences, guided by excellence, empathy, and purpose.
This experience reinforced my conviction that to be an entrepreneur is to serve, and that true leadership comes from the desire to make people’s lives happier and more meaningful.
In 2020, I launched Vismart Agency, a project that represents the synthesis of my career: combining technology and growth strategy to strengthen small and medium-sized businesses.
Vismart operates as an innovation ecosystem that applies Artificial Intelligence and Growth Marketing to help companies expand sustainably and ethically, enhancing their competitiveness and economic impact.
In 2022, I initiated Refúgio Vitória, a sustainable tourism and environmental preservation project designed to integrate nature, entrepreneurship, and community development.
This initiative promotes environmental education and local entrepreneurship, proving that tourism can also be a driver of sustainability and social inclusion.
Each of these experiences represents a pillar of my purpose: to use creativity and entrepreneurship to transform lives, generate opportunities, and promote purposeful growth.
3. Motivation to Work in the United States
My decision to expand my professional activities to the United States reflects a strong alignment between my purpose and the American national priorities in innovation, technology, and sustainable entrepreneurship.
The United States is a nation that values initiative, ethics, and the transformative power of innovation.
I see in this environment the ideal ground to expand Vismart Agency, offering small and medium-sized businesses AI-based and data-driven growth strategies that strengthen local economies and foster long-term competitiveness.
My goal is to contribute to:
