Rafid Shadman

I completed my Bachelor’s degree from North South University, where my interest in leadership, youth development, and education management began to take shape. Rather than following a traditional career path, I chose entrepreneurship with a clear purpose—to contribute meaningfully to the development and empowerment of young people.

I am the co-founder of Foreign Guides, an organization dedicated to youth education management, leadership development, and creating structured opportunities for young minds to grow, learn, and lead. Building the organization was not without challenges. Limited resources, operational hurdles, and moments of uncertainty tested my determination. However, I firmly believe that “challenges are not roadblocks; they are lessons that prepare us for greater responsibility.”

The journey taught me resilience, strategic thinking, and the value of long-term vision. I learned that “true leadership is built during difficult times, not comfortable ones.” Each challenge strengthened my commitment to building sustainable systems that support youth education and personal growth.

My vision extends beyond borders. I strive to be a global voice for youth education and leadership, advocating for inclusive, well-managed educational pathways that equip young people with the skills, values, and confidence needed in a globalized world. I believe that “when we invest in youth, we invest in the future of the world.”
