Rajae Sahouri

Rajae Sahouri is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor dedicated to youth empowerment, business innovation, and policymaking. Recognized as an IMF Youth Fellow and Advisor to the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship's Executive Committee in Jordan, Rajae plays a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation and fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Committed to bridging knowledge gaps, Rajae educates and empowers youth by equipping them with critical insights to advance their careers and combat unemployment. At King’s Academy, Rajae developed and led an innovative entrepreneurship program, providing students with essential skills in leadership, resilience, and strategic problem-solving to launch real-world ventures.

As the host of The Straight Up Start Up podcast, Rajae highlights the journeys of leading entrepreneurs and industry experts, offering role models and actionable strategies to aspiring innovators across the MENA region. Notably, Rajae co-led a collaboration with The Wilson Center's Middle East Program, funded by the U.S. Department of State to deliver a special series that bridges US policymakers with regional entrepreneurs. Through education, mentorship, and strategic initiatives, Rajae Sahouri continues to inspire and enable the next generation of changemakers.
