Roberto Aponte

Roberto Aponte is the CEO and co-founder of INXORA, an AI-powered B2B industrial procurement platform designed to streamline sourcing, pricing, and cross-border purchasing for manufacturers and agro-industrial companies in emerging and global markets.

He is a Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, licensed in Peru, with more than 15 years of international experience in B2B industrial sales, commercial strategy, and market development for multinational companies operating across Latin America and Brazil. Throughout his career, Roberto has led market entry and expansion strategies for global industrial brands, building distributor networks, managing key accounts, and scaling sales operations in highly technical and regulated sectors.

Before founding INXORA, Roberto held senior commercial and sales leadership roles at companies such as ABB, HellermannTyton, Finder, Schmersal, Conexled, and other international manufacturers. His work focused on launching and consolidating foreign brands in the Peruvian market, particularly in industries such as electrical infrastructure, mining, industrial automation, renewable energy, water pumping systems, and electric mobility. He has successfully negotiated exclusive distribution agreements, developed high-performing B2B sales teams, and driven sustained revenue growth through channel partnerships and direct enterprise sales.

Roberto holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management with a specialization in Marketing, as well as multiple diplomas and certifications in B2B sales management, demand planning, commercial strategy, and business development from leading institutions in Peru and Chile. He combines strong technical expertise with deep commercial execution, allowing him to bridge the gap between engineering-driven products and scalable go-to-market strategies.

At INXORA, Roberto leads the company’s vision, commercial strategy, and international expansion. The platform leverages AI to reduce procurement friction, centralize supplier access, optimize pricing, and enable faster purchasing decisions for industrial companies that traditionally face fragmented and inefficient supply chains. INXORA is currently operating in Peru and preparing for expansion into additional international markets, with a roadmap that includes advanced data analytics, financing solutions, and SaaS-based procurement intelligence.

Roberto is particularly interested in building cross-border partnerships, scaling B2B marketplaces, and collaborating with investors, ecosystem leaders, and institutions focused on industrial innovation, supply chain transformation, and technology-driven economic development across Latin America, MENA, and Europe.
