Rasika Nanayakkara

Rasika Nanayakkara is an entrepreneur and capital-markets professional with deep experience in financial-services outsourcing, investment research, and cross-border business building. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Augment Knowledge Solutions Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered firm with a Colombo-based delivery center, providing high-quality research, investment-banking support, and analytics services to global financial institutions across North America and Asia-Pacific.

Rasika has played a hands-on role in scaling Augment from an early-stage venture into a trusted offshore partner for leading international brokerages and asset managers. His work spans business strategy, client engagement, regulatory and compliance alignment, and the development of specialist analyst teams across sectors such as metals & mining, aerospace & defence, consumer, and technology. He is particularly experienced in building ISO-aligned governance frameworks and operating models that meet global information-security and regulatory standards.
