Reyed Mia

Mr. Reyed Mia is a dynamic, innovative and entrepreneurial-minded professional with over eight years of impactful experience. After completing his BBA and MBA in finance, he began his career as a certified Apprentice of the Daffodil Family. Currently serving as an Assistant Director at Daffodil International University (DIU) and Secretary of GEN Bangladesh, he has spearheading transformative initiatives to develop the entrepreneurship ecosystem from local and global perspectives by empowering students and young entrepreneurs.

His efforts, including providing funding, mentorship, legal support, financial analysis, business incubation and strategic guidance, have fostered innovative startups, enabling them to evolve into sustainable ventures that significantly contribute to the national economy. In addition to his role at DIU, Reyed Mia serves as Project Director of the KnowledgeVale Incubation Center and Head of Operations & Portfolio at Bangladesh Venture Capital Limited, both part of the Daffodil Family. These roles position him at the forefront of fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial culture by providing critical resources and strategic leadership to budding entrepreneurs.

Reyed’s expertise is enhanced by his international exposure, having visited multiple countries to observe advancements in technology and innovation. This global perspective enables him to integrate international best practices into Bangladesh's entrepreneurial framework, fostering innovation and preparing local startups to compete on the world stage.
