Riveltd RAKOTOMANANA

"Supporting young people in entrepreneurship is madness," some say; "this work requires courage, as it's anything but easy," others remark.

Riveltd RAKOTOMANANA is a long-standing advocate for youth entrepreneurship in Madagascar. From his first initiatives in 2008 to today, he continues to believe in young people and currently leads the NGO Le CEENTRE (The Center of Excellence in Entrepreneurship). This initiative envisions putting the impact-driven entrepreneur at the heart of Madagascar’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Amid the current economic and social challenges, he is convinced that entrepreneurs play a critical role in mitigating social shocks and finding impactful solutions to better serve the global population—be they economic, health-related, or purely social, on local, regional, or international levels.

Since late 2023, he has served as an Educational Expert for the SEEED-INCUBOOST Project, funded by the European Union in partnership with People Power Inclusion. This project aims to support entrepreneur support structures in Madagascar.

His passion for human capital development also drives his roles as Chief Executive Officer of ISSOF (Iscam Solutions Formation) and President of the Education and Training Commission of GEM (Groupement des Entreprises de Madagascar). A trainer in entrepreneurship, specializing in the business model canvas and innovative business development tools such as Lean Startup, his fuel is nothing other than the drive of startup founders to go further in the exciting world of business creation.

Riveltd also volunteers as a mentor for SMEs and startups navigating innovative and unstable environments. His expertise has led him to engage with various young entrepreneurs' associations. He co-founded CEERE, JCI Iarivo, and other youth organizations.

He forges his values on wisdom, self-discipline, a methodical approach, and, above all, excellence.
