Rodney Jenkins

Rodney Jenkins is a sensational professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and social impact reporting. Currently serving as the Global Social Impact & External Reporting Program Manager at Intel Corporation since September 2024, Rodney collaborates with external partners, industry associations, educational institutions, and government entities to strengthen Intel's stakeholder relationships. He prepares comprehensive reports and materials for various stakeholders, participates in policy discussions, and advocates for social responsibility, DEI, and sustainability.

He published his first book, Be the DJ of Your Career, to inspire and creatively motivate career seekers to dynamically build relationships to leverage for career and skill development success. All proceeds from the book are donated to three charitable organizations.

Previously, Rodney was the Strategy Relations Manager for Universities and HBCUs at Intel, where he partnered with leading universities to influence curriculum development and ensure a robust pipeline of college talent. He also hosted events to educate universities about Intel's products and culture and sponsored academic projects to bridge industry and academia.

Rodney's career includes roles as a Senior Talent Adviser for Intel's Data Platforms Group, a Project Consultant for Computers for Kids - Idaho, and a Career Coach at Rc Talented. At Micron Technology, he was a Senior Technical Recruiter, driving full-cycle recruiting and fostering positive candidate experiences.

He also served as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist at Howard University Hospital, managing recruitment for various medical positions and developing training programs. Rodney holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University School of Education and Human Development, where he was Vice-President of the GW MBA Toastmasters and an appointed member of the GW President's Diversity Council. He is also pursuing a Project Management Certificate from Google Creative Campus and holds several certifications in ESG and stakeholder management. Rodney's diverse background and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset in any organization.
