Rodrigo Paolilo

I am a leading reference in Brazil's entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem, with 24 years of hands-on experience. I currently serve as Founder and CEO of Grupo Rede+ and President of Instituto Inova+.

I connect people, ideas, and opportunities — practically, and on a global scale. Over the past two decades, I have led or co-led more than 20 entrepreneurial initiatives, ranging from companies across different industries to nonprofit organizations operating at the regional, national, and international level. As an advocate for youth entrepreneurship and innovation, I have become a recognized voice in the ecosystem, building effective partnerships across nearly every Brazilian state and with organizations on four continents.

I have delivered more than 700 talks, courses, events, and workshops, directly and indirectly reaching over 250,000 people. With practical, candid, light, and thought-provoking content, I bring my experience to support corporations, entrepreneurs, young people, and leaders as they navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and innovation.

Today, I help organizations and individuals thrive through corporate innovation projects, entrepreneurial education, mentorship, and by connecting people with business and investment opportunities.

I hold a degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Social and Territorial Management from UFBA (Federal University of Bahia). I have led the Founder Institute in Northeast Brazil, Anjos do Brasil in Bahia, and served as Coordinator of the Chamber of Innovation at Fecomércio-BA. I was President of the National Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs (CONAJE) and of Junior Achievement Bahia (JABAHIA), and co-founded and led initiatives within the Brazilian Confederation of Junior Enterprises (Brasil Júnior), along with several other youth entrepreneurship movements."
