Rodrigo Reyes is the Head of Growth at the Digital Hub Monterrey, where he leads initiatives focused on accelerating digital transformation across various regions and industries in Mexico. In his role, Rodrigo is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships between corporations, VCs, government, startups, and universities, driving open innovation and helping businesses adopt cutting-edge technologies. By connecting different sectors, he plays a pivotal role in navigating the challenges of digitalization, ensuring that organizations are well-equipped for their transformation journeys.

Rodrigo's academic background is rooted in international experience, having graduated from New York University Shanghai, the first Sino-American university. This global perspective was further enriched by his time living in cities such as Austin, Monterrey, Shanghai, London, Palo Alto, and New York City. Raised in both Mexico and the United States, Rodrigo’s multicultural upbringing has fostered a deep passion for binational cooperation, economic development, and digital innovation. His ability to navigate different cultural and business landscapes has been a cornerstone of his success in building collaborative ventures across borders.

Before taking on his current role at the Digital Hub Monterrey, Rodrigo served as the Country Manager for the Trade and Investment Center at the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico. In this capacity, he facilitated cross-border partnerships and investments between the U.S. and Mexico, helping businesses navigate trade complexities and fostering economic growth. His work in promoting Mexico as a key destination for foreign investment has had a lasting impact on the region’s economic landscape.

In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Rodrigo is an entrepreneur at heart. He founded Aciento App, a platform designed to optimize restaurant operations by predicting customer demand, showcasing his innovative approach to solving real-world challenges through technology. He has also contributed to economic development projects with Invest Monterrey and the World Trade Center, furthering his commitment to enhancing Mexico's position as a global leader in digital transformation.
