Cynthia Roman

As the Managing Partner of CRS Law Office, LLC, I lead a boutique law firm that provides quality judicial and management counseling services to a diverse clientele, including financial institutions, insurance companies, cooperatives, hotels, developers, private schools, and native enterprises. With over 18 years of experience in corporate, civil, and commercial law, I have handled highly complex and challenging cases, such as commercial and construction facilities of an aggregated amount of $50 million dollars, admiralty law matters, and foreclosures.
I also serve as a Board Member of Centro Unido de Detallistas, a non-profit organization that represents and supports small and medium-sized businesses in Puerto Rico. In this role, I contribute to the strategic vision and governance of the organization, as well as to the advocacy and promotion of the interests of our members. I am passionate about empowering and enabling entrepreneurs and business owners to achieve their goals and overcome the challenges they face in the current economic and social context. I hold a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. I also participated in the Global Village for Future Business and Industry Leaders, an internship sponsored by the Lee Iacocca Institute of Lehigh University, where I gained valuable international and cross-cultural experience.
