Ronald Barzola
Ronald Barzola is a YLAI Alumni, Program Manager at Impact Startup Competition, and Director of Innovation and Impact at Scale Incubator. He holds a degree in Statistical Engineering from the National University of Engineering (Peru) and brings over 10 years of experience leading projects in online education, digital marketing, innovative business models, data science, growth, and startups across Latin America.
Ronald has served as a mentor and judge in programs such as Kunan, 1551, Innova ESAN, Bridge for Billions, Startup Mexico, START Fellowship, and MassChallenge, contributing to the growth of the regional startup ecosystem.
Passionate about digital transformation, advanced analytics, and building tech-driven communities, he focuses on empowering entrepreneurs and organizations with a strong vision for impact.
