Roselyne Omondi
Bio
Roselyne Omondi is the Manager for Partnerships & Business Development, Project Manager Social Enterprise and the focal point for Employee Wellbeing and Mental Health at British Council Kenya. She has 20 years experience in private sector and development sector work. Before joining British Council she served as Regional Business Advisor for the the Millennium Development Goal Centre East & Southern Africa (currently known as Columbia Global Centre Africa) for 3 years before venturing into private business and marketing consultancy work. Prior to that she served as Program Manager for the Business Alliance Against Chronic Hunger (BAACH) a World Economic Forum project which provided public private partnership solutions to addressing poverty. Roselyne has 13 years of experience in marketing gained from Unilever East & Southern Africa and Coca-Cola East and Central Business Unit. Roselyne is also a serial entrepreneur having run businesses in the wellness and beauty industry. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya.Roselyne is a single mother of three teenagers, plays a leadership role in her local church where she mentors youth on entrepreneurship, serves as an advisory board member of Beauty For Ashes Foundation for orphans, enjoys good food, travelling and outdoor activities.
