ROSHANAY ASIF

Roshanay Asif Sheikh is an Entrepreneur in Sialkot, currently working as the Managing Director at Raja Industries (PVT) LTD, a shoe manufacturing and exporting industry. Having worked as a social activist since a very young age and with the sole purpose of giving back to the community, she founded WeGrow which is an NGO formed with the agenda of setting up small scale businesses for women. She aims to build communities and bridge gaps between people by supporting global initiatives and one of that happens to be Startup Grind Sialkot which was initiated by Roshanay and she currently serves as the director of the chapter.
With her extra-ordinary leadership & management skills, Roshanay reaches to the optimum level of potential within each and every human being. Her imperative soft skills allow her to be empathetic which in turn helps the listeners to be receptive to what's being told and done. She believes that if fundamentals of a productive life (personal and professional) are effectively communicated to the people, they shall become invincible.
With a huge experience in public speaking on different platforms, including TEDx, UNWomen, and in different fields, including motivational speaking, entrepreneurship, women empowerment, youth development, freelancing, branding; Roshanay creates a positive impact in the lives of other people.
