Raci Kokenek

Raci Serhat Kokenek is a Turkish entrepreneur and trade executive with 25+ years of experience spanning retail trade, international sourcing, and brand building across Turkey, Europe, and the United States.

He began his career through the Koç Holding Management Trainee Program — one of Turkey's most selective corporate pathways — and rose through Koçtaş (a Koç Group company) to senior leadership in buying and supply chain, working directly under Levent Çakıroğlu, now CEO of Koç Holding. He subsequently served as Regional Director & General Manager (Turkey & MENA) at Kingfisher PLC, Europe's leading home improvement retail group, where he scaled the regional sourcing portfolio from $80M to over $200M, enabling Turkish manufacturers to enter French, British, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, and Russian retail shelves under private label and branded formats.

In 2020, he relocated to the United States to build North American operations for QUA & Bien, Turkey's leading ceramic tile group. In 2022, he co-founded Wios Group of Companies (Virginia), a multi-brand platform generating $27M in consolidated annual revenue across innovative construction chemicals solutions and wellness. The Group holds the worldwide license for STANLEY Construction Chemicals.

Beyond his own ventures, Kokenek has pioneered market entry for other Turkish manufacturers in product categories previously absent from U.S. shelves and actively engages with the Turkish Embassy in Washington, D.C., and policymakers on trade facilitation between Turkey and the United States.
