RANDELL Y. TORRES RIVERA
Greenstar Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Randell Torres Rivera is a seasoned real estate and construction executive with 22 years of experience in real estate program management, general contracting and development. He has overseen construction management programs for projects within the industrial, hospitality and infrastructure development sectors. Mr. Torres Rivera has also led the construction of life science pharmaceuticals specialty facilities and multi-family developments.

As an executive of AIREKO, which is the largest construction company in Puerto Rico, Mr. Torres Rivera relocated from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to the Metro Philadelphia region in May 2012 to establish and run Aireko’s US operation. After successfully completing projects in Camden, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; Tempe, AZ; and New York City, Mr. Torres founded the Greenstar Group in 2021, which is a real estate development firm that also provides general contracting and construction management services to third party clients.

Throughout his 20-year career, Randell has worked in construction management-at-risk, cost-plus, design-build, and joint venture projects. His project management experience includes notable clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Becton Dickinson, AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly, Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Pfizer. Mr. Torres has expanded his professional expertise by managing projects in the aviation industry, multifamily development, the hospitality market (including Hilton Hotels), and facilities for Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft.
