Ruchin Kohli-Director,Occasion Xperts Pvt. Ltd (OX) , an MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad,India and a Software Engineer, has over 18+ years of experience in MICE and Events.

OX is a young event management house with vibrant and determined team. It was incepted more than a decade ago with presence in New Delhi & Goa in India serving their clients across Asia and Europe. He and his team work on integrating latest technology in the events with utmost hospitality thus giving larger than life experiences to their customers

His hunger to adapt and develop latest trends keeps him and his team on the competitive edge. They have been doing events across Asia and have been serving some of the Niche clients. He has also been the Event Director of various Film Festivals and Marketing Director of MSME Development forum where he is working with SME's to promoter their products via this Forum.

He has lead some of the great conventions and events like Opening ceremony of Yashobhumi which is Asia’s largest convention Centre inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister, U.S. India Corrdior Summit, Miss World Pre Series Events in India, Corporate National & International Conventions etc.
He has been on an Honorary position as well from last 4 years in EEMA (Event and Entertainment Management Association- The Only Apex body of Events).

He has conceptualized some of the great events both internationally and nationally and now focusing on bringing International events and weddings business to India.
Being a strategic planner and a strong Marketer, He is a positive thinker .His “ready for action” theory keeps him charged for making his events better than never before. His dream is to create the biggest Event IP of the world.
