Rodolfo “Rudy” Ganna, is an effective executive with over 35 years of experience in business administration he has operated regularly in more than 40 countries worldwide and has completed successfully 5 international M&A. He is mainly driven by tech ventures due to his extensive knowledge in SW development and engineering Solutions. His leadership is fundamental on all necessary steps that are necessary to take an idea/concept to a startup and to a mature business. Critical milestones like product prototyping, proof of concept, establishing detailed business plan, raise of capital and find and evaluate human talents. Several innovations and hundreds of applications and technologies engineered under his leadership are still in use in many Fortune 100 corporations WW, culture establishments and sport/events venues. Rudy brings to the table a true Out-of-the-box innovative thinking that, very often, results in products improvements and corporate cost savings, his constant push for new challenges and clean operational processes translates in a lean and effective organization. Currently is the Founder and CEO of the Pyhex Group, a conglomerate of companies focused to remove, complications and distractions from entrepreneurs starting, keeping, growing, internationalizing their business. The Pyhex Group is very active in LATAM and the Caribbean through PYHEX|Work, the largest Co-Working initiative in Dominican Republic and Boost Acceleration Camp, an acceleration company based in Dominican Republic with a portfolio of startups and two rosters per year adding to the already successful list. The Accelerator manages an investment fund as well. Rudy has a strong understanding and true experience of various markets throughout North America, South and Central America, Europe, and Asia; he is fluent in 5 languages.
