Saada Berdjouh

Saada Berdjouh is an Algerian trainer, consultant, and civil society leader with strong expertise in youth development, life skills education, and innovation. She is the President of the Association Future for Development and works as a national consultant with UNICEF Algeria and Tunisia, delivering the Adolescent Kit for Innovation and Expression training to educators, social workers, and youth facilitators. Her work has reached thousands of adolescents, including those with intellectual disabilities, visually impaired youth, refugees, and migrants.

Saada has extensive experience in designing and leading workshops in Algeria, Tunisia, and the United States. She is a Professional Fellows Program alumna through the U.S. Department of State, where she completed a fellowship with the Austin Justice Coalition. As an English teacher and certified TESOL educator, she integrates pedagogy, creativity, and civic engagement to empower youth and strengthen community ecosystems. She is committed to inclusive education, capacity-building, and supporting impact-driven projects across the MENA region.

She also plays an active role in strengthening entrepreneurship and ecosystem development through training, mentoring, and community engagement. Saada regularly collaborates with local authorities, international organizations, and youth-led initiatives to promote creativity, social innovation, and opportunities for young people. Her work reflects a deep commitment to empowering communities, building inclusive spaces, and supporting sustainable development across diverse contexts.
