Salah Amleh

Mr. Salah Amleh, with over 15 years of senior program management experience, has played a pivotal role in advancing entrepreneurial development in Palestine. As the former Co-Founder & Director of Growth for Training & Development (GTD), he is committed to promoting startup growth, organizing events, and fostering innovative entrepreneurial development. Salah recently served as the Senior Tech Ecosystem Advisor at Building Regional Economic Bridges (BREB) project funded by USAID and implemented by Chemonics International, where he directed the establishment of robust partnerships, identified potential collaborators, and ensured alignment with USAID guidelines. In this capacity, I did not only co-developed concept notes with partners aligned with BREB & MEPPA objectives but also worked directly under BREB to support IT companies in creating business opportunities for local IT outsourcing companies with Multinational Corporate counterparts. He finalized technical aspects of grants, ensuring a positive impact on the local tech ecosystem in Palestine.

Before his role at BREB, Salah was the Country Director of BEEADEE, supporting entrepreneurial development in the southern West Bank. He also served as the CEO of Bader Technology Incubator and the ICT HUB at Rawabi City. As a serial entrepreneur, Salah co-founded multi-IT companies including EBuy.ps an ecommerce platform specialized in providing IT hardware solutions to customers including laptop and IT gadgets, which recently exited. He also founded Advanced Technologies for Business (ATB) in 2013, providing software solutions to high-profile clients, which also he sold all his shares recently and exited. His expertise spans program design, stakeholder engagement, grant management, and strategic planning. Salah's extensive track record, mentorship to entrepreneurs, and active involvement in prestigious events showcase his commitment to advancing the Palestinian startup ecosystem.

Formerly a board member of the Youth Welfare Association, Salah maintains strong connections across sectors, including entrepreneurs, investors, academia, and government ministries in Palestine and the wider region. As an active member of PITA (Palestine Information Technology Association of Companies), he continues to contribute to the growth and development of IT companies in the region.
