I am an entrepreneur, coach and strategic advisor with Swiss roots and a strong international focus. My work combines entrepreneurial clarity, technological expertise and a values-driven approach based on authenticity, discipline and personal growth. Empowering people and organizations to create sustainable impact is one of my core motivations.

As co-founder of Agristelle, I am building a digital platform that highlights authentic agriturismi and strengthens the economic resilience of farming families. My goal is to provide local hosts with transparent digital solutions while enabling guests from the DACH region, Benelux and beyond to experience genuine, meaningful rural hospitality. With Selezione San Gastone, I also lead a brand for Tuscan olive oil and natural products, bringing high-quality agricultural craftsmanship to modern markets.

Alongside my entrepreneurial ventures, I work as a coach and facilitator - including for the YEEP Entrepreneurship Week; a project of DEVENTURE - in Switzerland, Italy and Ethiopia. I support international teams in developing innovative business models, foster intercultural collaboration and guide founders through the early stages of their ventures. My focus areas include value proposition design, early-stage growth, structured execution and translating ideas into realistic, actionable plans.

With a background in business informatics and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Business Central), I understand how technology can be used strategically. I advise organizations on building modern digital architectures, optimizing processes and navigating transformation initiatives. My strength lies in connecting technical understanding with strategic clarity and turning complexity into tangible outcomes.

My work is shaped by an international perspective and the conviction that entrepreneurship is a transformative force. Operating between Switzerland, Italy and East Africa, I see myself as a bridge-builder who uncovers local strengths and connects them with global opportunities.
