Sarah Peracha
Sarah Peracha is an internationally recognized entrepreneur, innovation strategist, and marketing leader based in Karachi, Pakistan. She is the CEO of Peracha Ventures, South Asia’s first ISO-certified startup accelerator focused on sustainable and eco-friendly innovation, supporting founders across emerging technologies including AI, digital infrastructure, and future-of-work solutions.
With more than a decade of experience in digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, and global startup development, Sarah has worked with founders, investors, and institutions across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Through Peracha Ventures and its ecosystem platforms such as Futurist Valley, she actively connects startups with international opportunities, mentorship, and strategic growth pathways.
Sarah is widely recognized for her contributions to entrepreneurship and technology. She has received multiple international honors including the Marketing Innovation Leader Award 2024 (Leaders Crown Awards) and the Innovation Sustainability Leader Award 2024 (Global Recognition Awards, USA). She has also been nominated for prestigious global recognitions including the Burj CEO Awards and several international venture and innovation awards.
Beyond building ventures, Sarah plays an active role in the global startup ecosystem as a mentor, jury member, and innovation advisor, serving in international startup competitions such as the Unicorn Cup and other technology events. She is a Google Women Techmakers member, a mentor at Youth General Assembly Pakistan, and an ambassador for the UN-partnered environmental initiative One Tree Planted.
Sarah is also the founder of several innovation-driven initiatives including Futurist Valley, a global platform bringing together futurists, founders, and technology leaders to discuss the future of innovation.
Through her work, Sarah continues to champion sustainable entrepreneurship, AI-driven innovation, and global collaboration, helping position Pakistan and the broader region as an emerging force within the international startup ecosystem.
