Saul Kabali is a seasoned leader with experience in fostering innovation, creating partnerships, and driving positive change within the private sector. As the Executive Director and COO of SafeBangle Technologies, a pioneering social enterprise that developed wearable technology to combat sexual and gender-based violence in Uganda, he exemplifies his innovative spirit and ability to lead transformative projects.
Saul's advisory and collaborative experience shines through his work with the Response Innovation Lab, where he conducted stakeholder mapping and set up Uganda’s innovation ecosystem map and EdTech trends analysis, identified critical challenges, and fostered local innovation. In the past, Saul has successful organized and facilitated events, bringing together diverse stakeholders from development and humanitarian sectors, private sector, academia, project implementers, knowledge actors, social enterprises, donors, and government agencies, demonstrating his ability to promote knowledge exchange and relationship-building. As a leader and innovator, Saul's expertise extends to advisory and leadership
roles, as he played a key role in establishing the COVID-19 Innovation Prize, demonstrating his ability to foster local innovation and lead impactful initiatives.
