Sedat Kılıç became Ankara regional dealer of the system called Economizer (Gas Saving System in Gas Welding Machines) while he was in his second year at the university in 2007. In this time, he Established a two-person company under the name of ALSE Machinery Industry and Trade. For a year, he carried out both his school and marketing and R&D of these companies. In 2008, the product called Economizer (Gas Saving System in Gas Welding Machines) was developed and published in many local and foreign press and media, "Great Discovery From Young Inventor!" found place in the form with the support of his university professors and colleagues. With the release of these news, Sedat Kılıç's product received demand from 34 countries. The export of the product started with European and World Patents, Utility Model Certificate, TSE, CE, TND, ISO certificates and very high transaction volumes were reached in a very short time. The franchising network of this product was established in Turkey. The product is used by reputable companies in Turkey and is exported to 16 countries. Sedat Kılıç, who set off with his private company he founded in 2007 without any credit or capital support, increased the number of companies to 6 and operates in the fields of machinery manufacturing and marketing, construction materials, A class tourism agencies, recycling and solar energy. His company operates under the name of ALSE Group. Sedat Kılıç was listed among the top 10 entrepreneurs of 2009 by CNBC-e Business magazine. It was the subject of the cover in the March 2010 issue of the magazine. He won the right to represent Turkey in SME Week Entrepreneurship Brochure 2010 which prepared by the European Commission and he selected as Entrepreneur and SME of the year in Turkey. Sedat Kılıç has shown as Turkey's role model in the Global Entrepreneurship Summit held under the auspices prime minister in 2011. He was selected as one of the most successful young executives of 2013 in the "40 managers under 40" list, which is selected annually by Forbes Magazine. In addition, he received over 110 certificates of appreciation from universities, NGOs, Chambers of Commerce and Industry and various associations. Sedat Kılıç was a Member of Supreme Council in TOBB Young Entrepreneurs Council established by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey between 2009 – 2020. He gives speeches on "Entrepreneurship and Leadership" at universities within the Council.
