Sibongiseni Myeni

Dr Myeni is a fulltime entrepreneur with various qualifications that include Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, Master of Medical Science, Bachelor of Science Honours, and Bachelor of Science. Through the organizations that he cofounded, Dr Myeni plays a significant role to entrepreneurial development in various capacities as an independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. His training and work experience as a trained Medical Scientist Occupational Hygienist, and Leadership Specialist as well as his specialization in Leadership, including Change Management, Sustainability, and Multicultural Management provided him an opportunity to experience first-hand how businesses are efficiently operated. He strongly believes in the importance of developing internal business resources so that entrepreneurs can have competitive advantage, be sustainable and resilient. As a result of his passion for entrepreneurship and small business development, Dr Myeni uses his expertise, knowledge, skills and competences to provide leadership development to entrepreneurs. He has attended various courses in entrepreneurship, including an International Labour Organization course on Women Entrepreneurship Development. His presentation at the international conference: European Academy of Management conference in 2021 was Resource-based View and Sustainability of SMEs. He has more than 17 years of  as an independent consultant and entrepreneur. Dr Myeni left corporate employment in February 2005 to pursue entrepreneurship, which is his love and passion. He continues to provide consulting, mentoring, and coaching in the fields of occupational health and hygiene, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
