Sharif Ahamed Nayem

Currently working as Deputy Manager, Skills Development Programme at BRAC & having over 7 years of professional experience in the TVET sector, formal (Institute) and informal (Apprenticeship) based skills training in different sectors to youth and adolescents through the upstream and downstream partnership management in different projects.
• All around the Project Management (Planning, Implementation, Monitoring), Supply Chain Management, Market monitoring, International Business, Field Work Management, and Stakeholder Management area.
• A Growth Centric leader, with a variable record of successful project management through rich capability in cross-functional communication skills and also experienced in managing complex projects by developing relationships and executing strategic development plans to achieve the final target.
• Passionate about directing new Strategy, Partnership Management, Training and development, Capacity Development, Awareness Building, Program Design, Forecasting, Beneficiary Management, Vocational Training, Technical Education, Reporting and documentation, and critical situation handling in a competitive environment.

Nayem has earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, a Master’s in Professional Social Work in Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare, and a PGD in Entrepreneurship Development respectively from the United International University, Jagannath University, and East West University, Bangladesh.
