BIOGRAPHY

Shawn is a materials scientist and holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne for research investigating the effect of nanoparticles on the properties of organic and in-organic materials. His research interests include nanoengineering, nanocomposites, precision medicine and biomimetic innovation. He has extensive experience designing, developing and testing advanced materials suitable for medical and non-medical applications. Driven by the personal experience of losing a loved one to a complex cancer, Shawn is passionate about discovering transformational oncology solutions. Shawn also brings expertise as a consultant working with manufacturing companies to ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and to streamline operations for optimal efficiency.

Successfully led original research projects in the area of nanoscience and gained demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative materials and products.
