As the Master Trainer of ILO’s flagship programme ‘Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB)’ and UNICEF’s ‘UPSHIFT’ curriculum, I have mentored and supported young entrepreneurs in launching and sustaining ventures that prioritise societal and environmental well-being. Through my leadership at Uddog o Uddokta, I continue to empower entrepreneurs to adopt the transformative principles of 3Zero—zero unemployment, zero carbon, and zero poverty.
