Radha Kapoor Khanna

Design Thinker, Innovation Evangelist, Creative Entrepreneur and Founder of The Three Sisters:
Institutional Office (“TTS:IO”), Radha wears more than one hat in her professional endeavours with diverse
interests driven by her creative passions.

TTS:IO is one of the few institutionally organized family offices in India formed with a stated objective of
centralizing investment management, philanthropy and legacy sustainability.
Under Radha's leadership and guidance, the in-house core team in Mumbai and Delhi, is committed to
incubate / make strategic investments in 'new age' creative businesses in India, with long term capital
commitment, focused on high growth sectors like Education, Media & Entertainment, Retail, Sports,
Technology and Urban Infrastructure.
Born a right brained person, and having a keen eye for design from her early days, Radha pursued a degree in
fine arts majoring in Communication Design at the Parsons School of Design, New York. She is the first
Parsons alumnus to have collaborated with the school to set up the Indian School of Design and Innovation
in association with Parsons, New York, in 2013, in Mumbai.
With alternative careers and entrepreneurship on the rise, Radha saw this as an opportunity to cut her teeth
into the education industry and set up a platform for both design and innovation to flourish.
ISDI has branched out into specialisations with high profile partners to bring this vision of Radha’s to life. In
addition to the association with Parsons, ISDI has tied up with global communication services giant, WPP, and
launched the ISDI WPP School of Communications in July 2015. The school looks to nurture and bridge the
creative talent gap faced in India.
To further stimulate innovation and technology led by design, Radha set up ISDI ACE (accelerating creative
entrepreneurs) in a partnership with Microsoft Ventures to foster the start-up ecosystem in India, in 2015.
With innovation and start-ups thriving in the Indian Economy Radha had the breadth of view to establish
DICE, i.e. the Design Innovation &Creativity – led Entrepreneurship Districts, a burgeoning district in Mumbai,
aiming to boost economic activity by building an urban network and platform that fosters innovation,
collaboration and entrepreneurship.
Fuelled with an appetite to excel, Radha’s dynamism overflows into her most recent venture – ‘Awfis’. A
new-age venture aimed at providing ready to use, plug & play, co-working offices spaces, embedded with the
latest technology solutions for flexible and ‘Just in Time’ space utilization. Awfis is focused on redefining the
way work gets done in the current business environment.
Linking back to her fascination for design and fashion, under DOIT Retail (under DOIT creations umbrella)
Radha has tied up with the iconic French luxury brand Longchamp, Paris. Together they have set up their first
store in New Delhi; and recently launched the second store in Mumbai at Palladium in May, 2017.
Her newest venture is R-Directed a creative digital platform which curates global content on Design,
Innovation and Creativity and Entrepreneurship (DICE) with an Indie focus.
