Research Supervision 

Dr. Sok Seang has supervised bachelor, master, and doctoral students in the area of management. He has supervised one Doctoral student (Mr. Srun Lim Song) to write his dissertation, and he has completed his Ph.D. defense successfully in 2019. He also has supervised 38 Master students to write their research papers. Moreover, he has supervised many Bachelorstudents (e.g. Ms. Chap Sopor Netra, Top 5 students) to write their Bachelor theses. Besides, he has served as a member of many doctoral dissertation defense committees.

Work Experience

Dr. Sok Seang has served as a full-time faculty in academics and research at the National University of Management since 1998. He served as a Chair of English Department from 1998 to 2018. Currently, he is a Vice Dean of Faculty of Economics. He has taught Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and English for 20 years. He has involved in five projects such as JICA Project and Born ASEAN Pjoect funded by ASIA SEED, Japan; SEASIN Project; BALANCE Project; and FAB Project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program, European Union. He has travelled to many countries such as USA, UK, Italy, Spain, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Macau, Brunei, and Taiwan. He was an advisory board member of JICA Project for Strengthening of SME Support System for the Ministry of Industry and Handicraft. He is a guest speaker on entrepreneurship on TV (CTN/CNC), radio, and also for NGOs and universities. His family owns a silver business “Thida Silver Shop.”
