Soumeya Rachedi

Soumeya is the founder and CEO of Nxt Evolution, a consultancy.  She also founded Ishtar, a London-based advisory firm focused on building communities and developing ecosystems as a service. In all her efforts, she has worked to build partnerships among corporations, international organizations and ecosystem enablers in order to foster innovation and creativity, support entrepreneurs through emergent strategy tools, platform design toolkit and resilient community building. Soumeya also works individually with purpose-driven leaders and founders to help them grow their businesses and amplify their impact. Her expertise is in strategy and implementation to produce growth. Soumeya has access to a global network of ecosystem enablers, founders, investors and related service providers. Before specializing in entrepreneurial ecosystem building and consulting, Soumeya qualified as a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She worked with high level law firms in the United-Kingdom, France, Belgium, India and Algeria, counselling governments, international organizations, multinationals and small businesses. Soumeya specialized in International Arbitration, Merger Control and Competition Law. She speaks five languages and is committed to facilitating emergence and growth of resilient entrepreneurial ecosystems, focusing mainly on Africa and the MENA region.
