Her work in government has been instrumental in shaping public sector reforms, workforce strategies, and governance frameworks, while in the private sector, she has spearheaded large-scale projects and business expansions, fostering sustainable growth and innovation.
Stacey holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She is also an accredited mediator by the Strathmore Dispute Resolution Centre.

She founded Minkoti Agencies Limited, a construction company established in 2009 with offices in Kenya, South Sudan, and Estonia, delivering sustainable business solutions across multiple markets. Her impact has been widely recognized—she was named Best Woman in Construction (2023) by WIB, recognized as Startup Ecosystem Builder (2023) by ASEB Africa, and was a finalist for the Young Entrepreneur Award (2022) by the Africa Women Innovations and Entrepreneurship Forum (AWIEF).
