BALEBENIE NDOGA Staline
Entrepreneur social, BALEBENIE NDOGA Staline est titulaire d’une Maîtrise en
Sciences Humaines et Sociales, fondateur et Délégué Général du GIC pour la formation des populations sur la recherche et le développement du Cameroun (GIC FOREDEV) depuis 2010 dont les activités principales sont l’agriculture et l’élevage. Il bénéficie
également d’une riche expérience en matière de management, montage et gestion de projets au sein de l’Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (AIESEC) dont l’objectif est de découvrir et développer le potentiel de leadership afin d’avoir un impact durable dans la société ; par conséquent, il acquiert des outils théoriques, pratiques et des compétences en entreprenariat à travers différents postes de leadership. En outre, il dispose de quatre (04) certificats de formations du Réseau YALI NETWORK issu du bureau des programmes d’informations internationales du Département d’Etat
américain en 2016 à savoir : Fundamentals of Starting and Running a Business, Fundamentals of Business, Expansion Creating and Maintaining Social Entreprises, Community Organizing for Action. D’autres certifications sont obtenues afin de combler certains manquements
dans l’exercice de ses activités notamment deux (02) certificats de l’Institut de Recherches en Intelligences (IRI) en Leadership Régional Africain, Leadrship Culturel et Identitaire en 2024; deux (02) certificats de CornerStone OnDemand Foundation sur
les Fondamentaux de la Gestion des Projets et en Approvisionnement et Logistique en 2026 en collaboration avec MERCY CORPS et The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport – Accredited Course.
